At Grace Covenant Christian Academy (GCCA), our mission is to partner with families to provide a Christ-centered, academically excellent homeschool enrichment education that nurtures the heart, mind, and spirit of each student. As a nonprofit organization that has applied for 501(c)(3) status, GCCA is committed to helping students grow in faith, wisdom, character, and leadership while preparing them to live with purpose and impact the world for the glory of God.

Opening in 2027, GCCA will launch as a K–8 homeschool enrichment program serving families in Cherokee County who are seeking a strong academic experience rooted in Biblical truth. Our vision is to create a nurturing and well-structured learning environment where students are challenged academically, encouraged spiritually, and supported in their overall development. With a foundation built on excellence, faith, and community, GCCA seeks to become a trusted partner for families and a lasting source of Christ-centered educational impact in Cherokee County.

Dave and Angela Thompson are the founders and visionary leaders behind Grace Covenant Christian Academy. Their passion for Christian education comes from a deep conviction that children should be equipped with both academic strength and a firm foundation of faith. They are committed to building a program where students are encouraged to grow intellectually, spiritually, and socially in a Christ-centered environment. Their desire is to serve families in Cherokee County by creating a homeschool enrichment academy that helps students discover their God-given purpose, develop strong moral character, and thrive in every area of life.
